| I offer a wide range of the highest quality photographic prints, print packages, canvases, story-board collages, holiday cards and albums in many sizes and mounting options. I also offer photos on CD with written release of copyright. Custom framing is available for fine art wall portraits. Portrait Session Fee: $50 for up to six people There is no minimum ordering requirement Many clients are surprised to find that my Portrait Session fee is quite low, and that I do not have a minimum ordering requirement. I believe that if I've done my job well during the Portrait Session, you will absolutely love your images and will be eager to place an order. Clients in the past have shown me again and again that high up-front fees are just not necessary to maintain a strong custom portrait photography business. Most past clients return as their familes grow, and the majority of clients new to Greenleaf come from referrals by established clients. Famillies of seven and larger require much more time to both photograph and edit images. Higher sitting fees are therefore required for these larger groups. Please call for a quote for your specific group. Within two weeks after your Portrait Session, you will be invited to come to the stduio (in Hyde Park ~ Cincinnati) for your Ordering Session. You will see all of your images projected onto a large screen. I have found that this is the very best way to see detail in your images, see the images compared side-by-side, see them in actual sizes you're considering purchasing, cropped as you like and converted to black and white. During the Ordering Session, you will have all the time you need to carefully view each image and decide on what you'd like to order. If needed, I can give you advice about optimal size options for both desk-top and wall portraits, textures and finishes, album designs and gift packages. I will also show you my studio gallery of sample products from basic 4x6 prints through framed wall canvases and everything in between. Orders are placed and paid for during the Ordering Session. Major credit cards and local checks are accepted. Your order will be ready for pick-up at the studio in 3-4 weeks. Scheduling Your Portrait Session: Due to the custom care I give to each of my clients, I can offer only a limited number of sessions per week. My schedule is very busy and most outdoor Portrait Sessions are booked several weeks in advance. August, September and October are my busiest months for outdoor family sessions. Appointments for these months are often wait-listed in early-mid summer. Please... don't wait until the last minute to schedule your outdoor session! Spring and early summer are gorgeous in Cincinnati, and I tend to have many more openings available in April, May and June than later in the summer and fall. Of course, the indoor studio is available year-round. You will find that my availability in the winter for studio sessions is much more flexible.
